I have not stayed there as no hot water and no air con are deal breakers for me but I have visited. We walked there from Mushroom Beach. I guess that it took about 20min following the coast and the road is not good.
Dream Beach is not far from The fabulous Sandy Beach Cafe who offer free transport.
I believe Cafe Bar Bali also offer free transport which overlooks Mushroom Beach.
I was on Nusa Lembongan last October and did not see any storm damage,just a beautiful white beach with aqua water:)
Checking out Tamarind Beach is the next must do on my list.
