I use covermore because of their motorbike cover. Have previously used TID and 1Cover but have never had to claim with any of them so dont have any feedback in that regard.

I called Covermore a few times before I went with them in April to check things but as with any insurance company they were a bit vauge with their answers ie couldnt tell me straight out if an Indonesian licence was ok, would only repeat "you must hold a licence valid in the country of travel"

BUT read the fine print. For example you must wear a helmet, bike must be registered, and if you are driving must hold a licence valid in country of travel (so from what I could work out that would mean Aust licence PLUS international licence or local licence)

I took out the extra motorbike cover with covermore. I decided against getting a local licence and just rode on the back of my friends motorbike. She has a licence, her bike is registered and I wore a helmet.

Lucky I didnt have to claim but I tried to do everything that I could to make sure that I was safe and covered. I was in Bali for 2 months so I didnt have much choice but to travel by motorbike at times.
