When we booked ours nearly two years ago on the email they said they would call to the hotel the day before for payment, but never did. Nearly miss out on the booking as when i rang to ask where the driver was they said all booked out. I gave them the booking number and next minute driver turns up. He was running late because the other booking let them down. This is the reason they like pre payment.
