airport pickup by a driver is usually around the Rp150,000 mark but i would pay more for a late night pickup.
your driver might want the work, but as Chez said some people wouldn't ask their driver/friend to do a late pickup and would get a taxi (this would also would depend on how many people/how much luggage you have).
if you have a driver that you already know maybe ask them if they want to pick you up but also say if it is too late for them you are happy to get a taxi.
alternatively if you are using a new driver that someone has recommended to you they might be keen to pick you up so that they can meet you and talk about day trip options and what you want to do on your holiday etc..
