We did cooking classes with Maria last year. SHe is a very lovely lady. I cant remember how much but I remember it was very cheap for what we got and the time spent there. You cook in here home so it is traditional balinese. If you do chicken skewers, she get's a tiny charcol grill out and puts in on the grass in her back yard. The stiove is a single burner kero one on her verandah. If you want big and fancy, go somewhere else, if you want Bali, go see Maria. Get in touch with her and she will come see you at your notel to give directions and a list of recipes for you to choose from so she can buy the goods. I still cook her mie goreng and nasi goreng, yummyyy.
