I found a nice little shop with all cotton shirts and dresses last time I was in Bali and intend going back next week.Coming out of Jalan Padma, head north up jalan Legian. Somewhere between 5-10 minute walk up, on eastern side of road. Just a tiny little shop, but was so busy last time, I had to wait a while to use one and only changeroom. Girl before me had 3/4 items, I got a couple of things. Not cheap, but a lot cheaper than Sydney for cotton.
