I know its very unPC but we loved it!
Its as Freogal said and Im not sure about them letting them out either but when we saw the dolphins jumping they were clearing fence height easily so escape wouldn't be out of the question. I also think that if hey were badly treated there is NOTHING to stop them biting the visitors which they choose not to do. I would ring and confirm your booking the day before, don't sit waiting for hours like we did and others have! GO have a great time!
