We were in Bali in 2011 in March and used Cintya - I wouldn't recommend her. Although she was very polite and chatty, she was more than an hour late for every appointment except the first, even the ones she had rescheduled.
I got clothes, bags and shoes made - two of the bags were fine (very simple tote design) and I'm still using them, the other was well made but not at all like we had discussed.
The clothes - I took my own examples and material - the finished product varied from awful (which I didn't accept) to wearable but not great.
The shoes - well, I hope St Vinnies could get a few dollars for them, they were not like the examples I gave her and weren't even leather. And one of the pair of shoes I gave to her to make them from didn't make it back to me.
Given the generally poor results, I was really disappointed to have wasted hours sitting around my hotel room waiting for her when I could have been out finding much better stuff in the shops.
