meeting us in Bali in Sept, she has never been there before and will be traveling alone and I had considered arranging this service for her as she will be arriving about 10.30pm local time and we will not be meeting up with her until the following day. It's not that she is not capable of doing things for herself (God forbid we question her abilities!) but I just wanted to it all to be hassle free for her. I think it is worth it in this situation even if it is mainly for my peace of mind.
