to explain to a SurfBimbo how to read one of these. I have never been able to work out if I want to go to my local beach how do I know if the tide will be in our out? I don't want to surf, I want to take my dogs for a swim and they wont go when the tide is in (waves crashing on the shore scare them), they want the tide out so they its calm. Local Beach is Balangan, can you help me work this out?
