Yes, Sulewesi Street is right in the middle of Denpasar of the main street just over the river on the right hand side as you are walking up the street.
Majus is a good safe option. (Just ask for them...but don't let the ladies guide you there otherwise they want their cut).
Rp22,000 per metre. They will cut a metre off every bit of fabric you select.
We cut 2m off 39 different fabrics total Rp1.7million (AUD190).
They also do prepacked Fat Quarters (Rp150,000?) on a shelf half way up the store on the left hand side.
