Along Padma Utara is the same. A couple of years ago a local pointed it out. As a tourist we are so blind but once pointed out you can sit and watch the local boss man who controls the kid beggars, the women with baby beggars, the bracelet guys and so on. It is amazing to sit in one place for a couple of hours and watch.
