As you know we've been looking for GF and while in Care4 today saw gluten free packets of breadmix and two different pancakes and loads of GF pastas. So you can get some supplies here.
I've bought stacks of stuff by reading labels in Care4 and they are GF by ingredient.
So Mr 16 can eat happily!!! Still glad that I bought some stuff from home.
