We frequented a place in April called "Brewers" in Legian St. It's on the same side of the street between Mama's Restaurant & the Adi Dharma Cottages. They have a large variety of drinks including beer cocktails ( very nice ) as well as reasonably priced meals. The music is either an acoustic guitarist/singer or a DJ, but neither is too loud. It's right on the street, has a great upstairs area if it's full downstairs and the staff are fun.
Another place we loved was Billy's in Garlic Lane. Great bands on each night, not too loud, many families were there for meals and didn't see any drunken young'ns there during our 3 visits.
