Actually, I happened to be online as that first sale went live (was on night duty so was awake!). There was only one flight on only one day that was at the cheap $139 advertised price. There were some flights at $185 but I don't consider that to be a cheap flight Perth to Bali.
I still maintain that both this and the previous so called "sales" have very little to get excited about!
