In summery, nice, french inspired, warm and cosy, excellent service, very similar to Metis or Sarong but ers on the traditional french side of cooking with a Foigras dominated menu. Its expensive but as I said its full on silver service and its the wines that really get your $$.

I tried the Crispy Gioza with mushroom and snail fusion filling. It was absolutely delishes. Wife had the trio of Foigras and said the same about that, taste sensation. The Wagyu for me for my main was the most tender piece of meat Id ever had outside of Australia that I was deeply disapointed when Id finished it as I simply didnt want it to stop. My wife had the Duck, her words "Devine" and was eating it as slow as possible to savour the moment. I finished with a little Apple tart number with Apple sorbet. That was like an orchard of apples had burst in your mouth.

The chef is a flavour genius, packing punches in little mouthfuls of food. Worth it if your a full on foody and have to experience these kinds of places.
