we have always travelles with our children even whne the bonbings happened and felt safe. we always stayed at the dynasty which is pretty central to everything,i always buy a cheap stroller/pram from swapmmeets for my youngest daughter can found it a lifesaver and left it there at orphange or gave it to a local. We take NORIT tablets (charcoal) available from local supermarket for any tummy bugs, extra. taking a few each day will stop any gastro, food poisioning etc, just as long as you are cafeful with food. choices. i took alot of food from home for my youngest and red cordial. hoe this helps
