My reply to Holladaze was to let him/ her know that airlines have the ability to deny boarding (and therefore travelling) for issues with passports or Visas, it didn't relate to the OP specifically.

I agree that if the OP gets 'caught' it will most likely be Immigration in Bali as they depart. On my last trip I was about 12 hours over and they asked for a Rp200,000 overstay payment so it will depend on how officious the Immigrasi person is feeling that day.
