I spoke to the Jetstar groundstaff at Sydney Airport in February this year.
They told me that the latest Jetstar instructions are that passengers are allowed to board if their ticket out of Indonesia is within 60 days of departing Australia.
This instruction recognizes the fact, that it is now possible to extend the 30 day VOA by another 30 days in Indonesia.
