prepaid internet

Hi is there a pre-paid toggle available in Bali for use with laptops. Telstra have them but to pre-pay with international roaming data is quite expensive so am wondering if there is one available in Bali. I know there is one for phone sim cards but not sure if there is one I can plug in to the laptop.
