Ketut- Medicine Man Ubud

Travelling with a group of 5 girlfriends in August and we want to visit Ketut (Eat, Pray, Love fame!). Can't seem to find any up-to-date information.
Does he see people everyday? Can we book directly or do we have to go through tour? What time should we arrive? How much should we donate/does he now have a set amount?
