i have an anz gold card and booked our tickets that way for the insurance. Be careful as i found out not long after that i was not considered teh "primary card holder" despite these cards being part of a joint husband/wife mortgage!! Could not believe it and ended up going through Insurance4u who have been brilliant so far.
