I have stayed at the Padma twice and am looking forward to a third time, this August.
Both times I have stayed in a Delux Chalet and have booked a Delux Chalet for August. The first time the Chalet was on the Seminyak side of the Hotel on the ground level and the second time on the entrance side of the Hotel on the upper level.
Both did not have a view so to speak, but the beautiful gardens of the hotel make up for not having a view.
You will not be disapointed with the rooms they are fantastic.
Breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff are friendly and happy from the Gardeners, Pool Attendants, Housekeeping and Reception.
If you get the chance try the Italian Buffet in the Italian Restaurant. Also you don't need to go anywhere but the Sunset bar at the back of the Hotel to watch the amazing Sunsets. Enjoy your stay.
