Well written goodguy finally someone with sense.
Being in this game for many years we see it all.
In a lot of cases it is people trying to do things on the cheap and not knowing what is involved.
Like Customs Broker I would tell these people I am too busy to do their work as what you get paid and the whinging you put up with for what is involved is simply not worth it.
