Annual family travel insurance

Hi,
We are looking at purchasing an annual travel insurance policy rather than worrying about it each trip.
Would love to hear of anyone's experiences and any recomendations would be carefully considered. Need the insurance for healthy Mum & 16yr old and Dad who is on high blood pressure pills.
