I wouldn't recommend a day trip. It's going to cost you at least 700,000RP round trip. I think most boats leave about 10am, takes about 1.5 hours to get there on fast boat so by the time the boat gets there, docks, unloads etc you are probably looking at around 12 o'clock arrival which really only gives you a couple of hours on the main island, forget about even getting to the other islands. I would stay at least 2 nights. Really not worth going for a day trip.
