Does anyone know the email address for Sari Bunga Hotel on Double Six?

I have tried a couple of times to contact them via the Sari Bunga website contact form but it won't let me submit the request even after typing in the verification code it gives me.

I am trying to contact them for a deluxe room rate in November.
