When I was last in Bali (2 weeks ago) we were bused to the terminal and as soon as we got out we were right next to immigration and VOA. We had to walk to the left to VOA and then immigration is only 20m or so from there. You can't miss it. When I went in December you just followed everyone and then we came past the VOA then proceeded to Immigration. If in doubt just follow everyone else. The last few times I have been to Bali, we have been processed and out the door in less than 30 minutes but it depends how many other flights there are that arrive.
