Hi - Im curious if anyone here has flown to Bali via Air Asia X new service from Christchurch to Bali via KL? If so I'd be keen to hear of your experiences and any tips you may be able to give us.
We are off in 26 days - have been to Bali many times but never with Air Asia before and never via KL.
I was rapt with the price of the tickets with Air Asia - but so far have been less than impressed with my experience of pre-booking the in-flight services - for example booking meals required us to call them (due to errors at their end on our booking) and then they said we could only get the entertainment online so we had to wait while they fixed the errors and when that finally happened we could only get pre-booked entertainment units for 1 of the 5 children in our group - they say they are sold out but more will be available for purchase on board first come first served - which really makes you wonder why on earth not just make more available for pre-booking ??
