All these scams just show how creative the Balinese are. It puts food and drinks on the table for them. Isn't that what most of you always write about? Do not be stingy. Spend! But - one just wonders what will be the next scam.
I think it is coming to a point where a tourist boycott would be the best idea. Let them scam domestic travellers for a while and see how much that will get. On the other hand, there may soon be an event to punish the Balinese for their greed and selfishness. Nature is strong and Bali sits on Ring of Fire.
