My sister-in-law did same about 6 months ago.
What a pity they only give you the one day stop over. Most people have trouble seeing Bali in 1 month yet alone 1 day.
Anyway, I had my tour driver friend pick them up from the terminal in Benoa Harbur, he took them to the Bali Safari & Marine Park in the morning then shopping in the afternoon before dropping them back to the ship.
