I have just got back myself - arrived in Bali at 1.00pm on a Friday and we got through customs etc and out to the taxi rank within 10 minutes! I have a lot of friends who have been lately and they have all said the same thing. If you read back on recent posts you will also notice that everyone has been getting though in about 10-20 minutes. There are a lot more booths open now - so much better!
