We just returned in May after 2 weeks with a 5 yr old & 2 yr old and had no problem whatsoever. I personally wouldn't bother especially with the price of them - would rather spend that money shopping over there. Took immodium etc but didn't need to use it, just be aware of where and what your eating especially with the kids, mine are not very adventurous & were happy eating nuggets & chips and they were fine.
