I suggest you change your money at the Kodak shops. I have found them reliable and they will give you a receipt. But after they count the money in front of you, always count it again in front of them and make sure it is right before moving away from the counter. Its a good idea to take a small calculater with you for conversions.
We always use blue bird taxis because they put the meter on. Others may try to haggle over the price.
You'll be fine just relax and have a great time!
