I use them for pre existing as there are no medical forms to fill out. A poster recently said they were too expensive but they have a 40% discount if you are with telstra bigpond and a few other suppliers. They wont offer this discount unless you ask. From memmory the pre existing fee is $60 and !14 day cover with the discount around $90. Good luck
