Weather perfect.
Nice breezes during the day, and a few night time showers.
Rupe hovering around 9000K.
Streets a bit quieter the last couple of weeks.
Carrefour was chocker on Sunday with mostly locals doing shopping...took forever to get through checkouts.
Traffic is still bad, although again has eased a little over the last few days.
The "permanent" road works and large yellow "sheds" on the road still causing bottlenecks all around Jl Legian and Kartika Plaza.
Accomodation (You know where) is as always, large family groups, birthdays and wedding parties and all having a great time as far as I can see.
Looks like Uns or Kori for us tonight with old biz partner staying at Febris, and a big birthday do with another biz associate at Ku De Ta on saturday......a bit out of our usual patch but will make a change.
Maybe my imagination, but mozzies seem less now, and certainly reported cases of dengue have dropped off according to Bali Post.
Next week off to Makassar for a look around, before return to Bali (you know where) for another month and a half.
So again, for those who have asked for clarifications, all is well here and reports of any deaths or decline are greatly exaggerated.
Off to Denpasar now for a look around the Pasar and lunch at the Hong Kong Restaurant......bliss.
