Seminyak Accommodation Options

Wow, long time no post!! We got back from our last trip in August 2010 and decided we were not appreciating Bali as much and needed a break from it (9 visits in 2 years can do that i suppose)

But im glad to say, We're going back in November :) Taking the two rug rats aged 3 and 9. Staying 10 nights, at the moment we are leaning towards Yarra Villas in Seminyak, checked them out when we were last in Bali and thought they were awesome, as was John the owner.

But it appears prices have gone up a little, a 2 bedroom will now set us back $195 which is not bad but I'm thinking it may open up some other options?

So i'm hoping you guys can post some suggestions of accomodation in Seminyak, comfortable for the 4 of us with a separate room for the kids inside the suite around that sort of money? ideally more modern than traditional bali
