Hard Rock - family of 5 -extra breakfast

our booking includes breakfast for 2ad/2ch. Emailed hotel and was informed US$40 for breakfast and extra bed. We don't need the extra bed as loft room has 3 queen beds. Has anyone stayed here with extra person, or that knows the cost of breakfast? Thanks
