Tap water in Nusa Dua

Nunna or numbnuts what ever your name is I've never read such a lot of drivel . I've been staying in Nusa Dua/ Benoa region for years and to my knowledge the signs in the hotels have not changed in 12 years. They still say "DO NOT DRINK THE TAP WATER". I would suggest that your engineering freind go back to uni and do a refresher course as he knows nothing about the water situation in Bali so shouldn't profess to be an expert.
