prefix for int'l calls from bali sim

If I call internationally from Bali using my Indonesian sim card, it is pricey. Around rp8000/minute to USA.

I have heard there are some calling companies you can access using a "prefix" which are much cheaper.

the prefix is something like "0154"...

Anybody know about this method of calling, and what is the prefix or prefixes? Also, about how much does a call like this cost per minute? Also, please give an example of how you enter the prefix and country code and area code and number in one swell foop.
