Is still extremely popular amongst Australians and sought after by them with high occupancies and has now been fully refurbished including new villa's......having visited there on business [I am a resident of Bali] on many occassions including this year I can advise that the complaint rate is well bellow that of many so called recomended hotels on this forum ..... read the reviews and then judge for yourself and yes there are also many extremely good alternatives
