These apartments are private owned (at least will be when all sold) and let under management.
Extremely spacious, using a lot of glass to accentuate and beautifully appointed.
The restaurant and reception area certainly makes a statement at street level.
Immediately next door to KTH, and just behind SGI.
Bookings have been slow, but now picking up as the word gets out.
Laundry and plenty of cheap eats and drinks around....good luck.
