Hidden Garden Villa #3

Staying at Hidden Garden Villa #3 in May - can anyone tell me if they have stayed there and any suggestions. Do they have a TV in the main bedroom? I've searched the archives and lots on the other villas but not number 3 so any help would be appreciated.

I haven't stayed in this area before so if you have a favorite laundry person or restaurant would love to hear about it.
