I have no Sanur recommendations as I don't stay in the area, but don't let the tea/coffee facilities part sway your decision too much. It's easily remedied if you choose somewhere that doesn't provide it. Last year I went to Big W and picked up one of their generic brand electric jugs for around $6-7 and took it with me. A coffee cup and spoon can be purchased cheaply over there as can tea and coffee etc - or can be taken from home if you have favourites you like.
Good luck, I hope you find what you're after. I have traveled solo to Bali a few times and will be doing so again this year for a month. It's always a great time and I've never been lonely.
