So much to do. You could do a bike trip (they will collect you in Kuta etc & deliver you back to Greenfields at the end of the day). Wonderful day out with an excellent lunch at the end if you choose Bali Baik Bike. Saves the cost of a driver to Ubud, too.
In Ubud be sure to go to a dance at the Palace - just lovely. Starts at about 7pm - plenty of touts around selling tickets.
Wandering around the shops in Jalans Hanoman & Monkey Forest is a great way to spend time. Shops are often very different from down on the coast. I love getting up early & going to the markets. Gets hectic later with tour buses arriving en mass. Many shops are closed on Sundays.
Neka Art Museum is a must - a beautiful place. Almost across the road is Tropical Bale restaurant - my fave for lunch. Set back from the road in a rice field - superb food with an excellent value set menu for lunch (the main & sweets is the way to go).
You could get a driver to go through Tegalalang (a stretch of mainly homeware shops much cheaper than the coastal strip) which starts about 6Ks out of Ubud & extends almost to Kintimani. Some great views en route. Have lunch at Kampung Cafe - stunning views & pretty good Indo food, too.
Could rave on but you only have 2 nights.
