to go on the "free flight" offered to improve faith in customer service and goodwill......LOL. I will gladly swap places with either those stuck in Bali ( oh the poor things) or those here inconvenienced by a Volcano and their flights delayed a day or two. Pleeeezzzzeeeeee... give those of us without a hope of getting back to paradise in the near future a break. At least your going!!
