my opinion:
Lokha...nice hotel, clean, good size room, nice staff and decent enough food. Would stay again.
Puri Raja - stayed twice. Nice food, staff very nice, good position - great pools and atmosphere. Room was spacious and very clean. Good place for children too as they have a shallow part of the pool for small children. Couldnt fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Casa Padma - nice hotel, a bit dark and dingy for my liking but otherwise a nice enough hotel. Drops, the restaurant is one of my faves.
Losari - stayed there twice - personally, I wouldn't let my dog stay there - the last experience ruined our whole holiday - it was dirty, staff were unpleasant and food was awful. Pool out the back looked in dire need of a clean. There are certainly better places to stay than this.
I'd pick all the others above Losari - you can do a lot better than that hotel.
All the hotels you've mentioned are in a great position, close to shops and restaurants etc. Location wise, you can't go wrong with any of these.
If I had to pick my favourite I think it would be the Puri Raja - it's well priced and well worth the money.
