I haven't had it yet, but saw it sold everywhere. I googled it, and it seems to be similar to hydralyte. You can get it in cans and in powder form. Maybe someone else on BTF know more about it.
I haven't seen the Hydralyte, or Gastrolyte in Bali, I normally take the icy pole ones for the kids, put them in the freezer as soon as we arrive.
