We have friends who are heading to Bali in July for their first time. Parents and 3 children, 16, 14, 11 (all surfers).
They are going for 17 nights and have asked me for a suggested itinerary. I have come up with:
3 days Legian, to relax, surf, unwind and get used to everything.
3 days Nusa Lembongan or Gili T.
3 days Ubud (to do Bali Baik, White Water Rafting, Volcano etc.)
7 days back in Legian/Seminyak (surfing, Waterbom, Safari Park etc.)
Can anyone suggest a better structured itinerary. We have been many times and I have tried to work it around what we as a family would do. All suggestions greatly appreciated. Plus any hotel recommendations for family of 5 would be helpful. They are a very social family so would want to stay somewhere where they could meet other kids. We usually stay Mandira at end end for that reason, can sit on the lawn, watch the surf and chat around the bar.
