+Money to be able to live there including transport,housing, visas, airfares etc.
+Money to cover whatever you have to cover at home eg mortgage, car, repairs
+Money for the business & other associated costs - there will be plenty(Amount only that you are prepared/can afford to lose if it goes awry)
*Local contacts
*Understanding of how things work (or don't work) in Bali
*Initially frequent trips over there
*Live there
*Work hard
*Luck
